We are a non-smoking hotel. No smoking or vaping is permitted in rooms. There is a £100 fine for violation of this.

Our hotel offers a convenient and efficient laundry service to ensure your stay remains comfortable and stress-free. Whether you need a quick refresh or a full clean, we've got you covered!

How to Use the Service:
1. Fill out the laundry form you find inside the room, ensuring all items and details are accurately listed (e.g., type of clothing, quantity, special instructions).
2. Place the completed form and the laundry items in the laundry bag provided.
3. Bring the bag to the reception.
Once the laundry is ready, collect it back at our 24/7 Reception. You will make the payment with the receptionist after collecting the items. Please note that the service is available from Monday to Saturday.
